I. Leading Aircraft Packager:To satisfy the various aircraft and helicopter
demands of many airlines and operators in the world, ITC-Aerospace has
been supplying from 5 seated single turbine engine helicopters, 5 to 6
seated single piston engine aircraft, 10 seated twin engine commuter aircraft
to 30 to 60 regional turboprop or jet aircraft to 100 to 150 narrow body
jetliners under the finance and/or operating lease schemes or direct sales,
whether new or pre-owned.
II. Aviation Consultancy: ITC-Aerospace also provides various consultation
services to the airline industries such as pilot training; airport and
heliport designing and construction; aircraft maintenance and overhauling
works; engine rentals, overhauling works and exchange; engine power by
hour programs.
III. Typical Business Structure: One of many realizations is the supply of
brand new helicopters, Bell412EP x 4 units to the Philippines Presidential
Office with ITC-Aerospace-structured 5 plus 5 years operating leases amounting
to US$30 millions jointly with Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Dallas, Texas.

Services
Having highly experienced engineers and project managers who managed various
projects as well as chief negotiators thereof in the construction, maintenance,
revamping, dismantling and reassembly works of those plants; oil refineries,
petrochemical and chemical plants, synthetic fiber plants, paper mills,
fertilizer plants, cement plants, etc., ITC-Aerospace can render the proven
capability for:
I. Organizing the most competitive teams: Organizing most competitively the
teams: of engineers, workers as well as administration staff on international
basis, all of whom are either ITC-Aerospace's employees or recruited engineers
for undertaking the specific works of the projects, thus can meet the required
deadline of the construction schedules with the limited budget and satisfying
the project owners for whom ITC-Aerospace shall be contracted to work,
etc.
II. Procurements from worldwide supply sources: Procurements of instruments,
machineries, either electric, hydraulic or mechanic, piping, architectural
equipment and materials from various supply sources of the world.
III. Total management capability: Management of the projects, such as carrying out the feasibility studies, locating the funding sources, negotiating the best competitive finance thereof, contracting works, license agreements, engineering works, procurement, construction, handing over the plant completed, technical assistant services, etc.
IV. Consulting works for the recipient countries: Consultation works for
those recipient countries and their governments for realizing the Grants
and Soft Loans for those Projects initiated by them and their feasibility
studies carried out by ITC-Aerospace and/or its closely related organizations,
such as JICA, Japan Consulting Institute, etc.
To sum up, the ITC-Aerospace'sScope of Works are as under:
1. Support for
International Projects: Support the general contractors to get awards with the Projects under the
competitive bidding structures based on Japanese Government's long term
soft loans to be arranged through JBIC.
2. Grants-affected Projects: Guide developing countries to realize their projects with grants to be arranged by Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affaires with ITC-Aerospace's direct and/or indirect involvements.
3. New and Used Equipment and
Machineries: Support the infrastructure projects to be realized with exports of those
equipment and machines, either new or pre-owned by ITC-Aerospace as arranger.
4. Project Management
& Consulting Businesses: Support the General Contractors to
minimize the risk involved in the undertaking of overseas
infrastructure-orientated projects by ITC-Aerospace's engineers having so many
years long experience in this field.

In the
